A WHOLE NEW YOU,IN YOUR TWITTER PROFILE

Yesterday Twitter announced the introduction of an entirely new, Facebook-like Timeline design on its user’s profile, which is coming soon.
The design will allow users to readjust their timeline, post larger pictures amidst other beautiful features.
Going by this Twitter's New Look, it is undeniably true that Twitter is becoming more Facebook-like.

Twitter profile that includes larger photos, a readjusted timeline, and a display of your most popular tweets.
Take a look at a sample Timeline that Twitter's new design will showcase:

It looks (and acts) undeniably like a Facebook profile. But these new features may also make it easier to sift out good tweets from a stream of white noise.

What’s new about the new you? The new web profile lets you use a larger profile photo, customize your header, show off your best Tweets and more.
Here are main features:
Best Tweets:
Any 140-word post that’s been faved, retweeted, or spurred a lot of discussion will be enlarged on your page so more people can see it. In other words, people will be able to spot your Twitter fights and puppy photos more easily.
Pinned Tweet: You, too, can curate the most interesting tweets in your feed by “pinning” one to the top of your page. That way, anyone who visits your profile will be able to see the message. Sort of like a status update. And
Filtered Tweets: When you’re snooping around other people’s profiles, you can filter out their timelines by choosing to only see tweets, tweets with photos/videos, or tweets with replies.

This is Coming soon to everyone!
This new profile setup is available today to a small group of users. If you’re new to Twitter, you’ll start in with the new profile.
You can look at the Timeline of few users that have gotten the new design:

And also First Lady Michelle Obama @flotus
In the coming weeks, we will roll out the new features to everyone.
